Saturday 29 September is workshop day at the Bally
Shoe Factory Art Studios from11-3pm with various workshops, some free,
some you will have to pay for. Plus entertainment.

Fringe workshop day at the Factory
A chance to get involved and get arty yourself. These are fun workshops
that will stimulate your creative side whether you think you have one
or not. Numbers for some are limited so come early.
11–3pm Kitchen Sink Quartet with Holly
Rumble FREE
In the Artists Sinks Room Drop-in on this workshop
and become the composer or a musician, creating sounds and notes on household
objects! 5 people at any one time.
11–3pm Papermaking with Rupert Mallin
FREE
In Inprint’s studio (no 25) off the Shop Floor:
Drop-in workshop. Experimental papermaking for all ages - for decoration,
printing or as pieces of artwork. All materials provided.
11–3pm Creative digital photography
with Diane Archer FREE
On the Factory Floor
Bring your own digital camera and explore teh creative possibilities of
digital photography
11–3pm Pic, Mix and Take Away –
with Anthony Hilton
On the Factory Floor
Create your own abstract masterpiece. Tony Hilton and friends will show
you how to paint using acrylics on paper in this workshop session. One
hour, materials supplied. Cost £10 including your own work to take
away.

12–3pm Graffiti Stencils with Kev Parker

In the Workshop Room off the factory floor
Back by popular demand Kev will lead a stencil making & graffiti workshop.
No unaccompanied children. Scalpels and face masks provided.
